We are investigating an issue which has resulted ina number of recent orders not updating in Order History and therefore not showing Order Status correctly. If you have placed an order and are unsure about its order status please contact us through the online chat with your Order Number (on your Order Confirmation email) and we will check for you. As soon as we have an update on this we will of course update the Status accordingly.

Following an abundance of complaints regarding the payment system the ability to pay in Euro has been removed from the site until such time as we find a payment solution which works correctly. The inconvenience caused is regretted by completely outside our control as the payment gateway is a 3rd party.

After updating the cashback system, which we were advised would correct any issues, we've found that there are further issues. As a result we have removed the cashback feature completely. Tomorrow morning when you log into the site you will get discounted prices automatically to effectively mirror the cashback percentage you would have earnt for the order.

Some of you may have experienced issues with the Cashback system in recent weeks, there have also been issues where you have been unable to view past order history for example and other issues in your account pages – these all appear to stem from the cashback system coding. We are currently discussing this with the developers of the feature and will update everyone as soon as possible regarding the outcome.
